
Lise Dall Eriksen is a Senior Consultant at CFN People A/S.
Lises practical experience with IT Service Management and ability to find pragmatic and simple solutions to the nowadays processes has made her a preferred advisor to a number of companies, when IT Service Management is implemented or optimized.
Lise has more than 10 years of experience within IT Service Management and has been responsible for and worked with a great deal of the processes that underpin Service Management. Lise has solid practical experience with processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management, Service Portfolio Management, Service Catalogue Management and with the Service Desk function.
Lise is former Head of Operations in Payment Business Services (PBS) and had been responsible for parts of the IT Service Management (ITIL®) program in PBS.
Lise is educated from Handelshøjskolen in Copenhagen, holds Managers Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL® Manager), ITIL V3 expert and accredited ITIL 1st tutor. Furthermore Lise is certified ISO/IEC 20000 consultant.
