Thomas Fejfer

Thomas Fejfer is partner at CFN People A/S. Thomas' practical experience and pragmatic approach to linking business and IT, has made him the preferred advisor to a number of the country's largest companies, when IT Governance and Service Management are implemented or optimized.

Thomas has more than 15 years of experience within Business Management and the last 10 years within IT Governance and Service Management.

Thomas is former Head of IT Department in the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA), Head of Corporate IT in the Ministry of Family and Consumer Affairs, Member of the Government IT Counsel and Head of IT Service Department in Corporate IT and responsible for the IT Service Management (ITIL®) program in the Danish Defence.

Thomas is former Major in the Danish Army, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, holds Managers Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL® Manager), ITIL V3 expert and accredited ITIL 1st tutor. Furthermore certified ISO/IEC 20000 consultant, and within PRINCE2® and COBIT®. Thomas is also co-writer of the report: ITIL® in the Danish Government.
